Not cake like
2Disappointed with this cake mix. Texture heavy and taste very fake. I'd rather treat myself to a smaller piece of cake. Won't be buying this again.

Good for an alternative
4I have only tasted the salted caramel, doesn't really taste like that but does make a reasonable cake. I usually add some fruit in the bottom and add 80ml soy milk to 40g of powder, Served with some protein yogurt. Took me a while to get the cooking time / consistency right but once figured out easy to make. Looking forward to tasting the chocolate

Lovely protein dessert
5Great quick and easy protein dessert, great for them times when you have a little cake craving but also need to keep on top of your protein and not over load with calories

MUST TRY!
5I’ve recently started my fitness journey and a massive part of that for me has been changing my diet, more specifically increasing my protein intake. I was gutted when I thought eating ‘healthier’ meant cutting out some of my favourite treats like chocolate! Then I can across this deliciousness! All I do is add alpro protein milk for extra protein and put in the microwave. It’s amazing! I highly recommend this mug cake and have told all my friends about it!Goes Well With:oat milk or alpro protein milk.

4Decent “treat” at the end of the day when you need to get some extra protein. A little dry on its own but with some ice cream it’s lovely!Goes Well With:Ice Cream
