Absolutely horrible
1I made this mug cake according to the instructions. I wasted my money, it had a really horrible texture and tastes awful. I even tried it with milk and it still tastes horrible! You’re better off mixing whey protein powder with milk and eggs yourself, as this was such a waste of money I bought 2 1kg bags of salted caramel and natural chocolate as the majority of the reviews were so good - but they must be fake reviews. I don’t recommend this don’t waste your money.

Quick and easy
5I have the chocolate mug cake, if you’re counting macros but need that chocolate fix this will save your life. I added a tsp of my protein hazelnut spread and raspberries, so yummy and guilt free!

Not the best
2I was hoping this would be like a gooey muffin/cake but it’s very spongey. The flavour isn’t very strong but it was filling. I’d prefer the protein bars and shakes to this. I wouldn’t buy again, I gave mine away.

Great product, needs more flavour
3The mug cake is a great protein pudding and quite filling but I do think it’s lacking in flavour. I really enjoyed the fact that you feel like ur getting a treat and physically eating something rather than drinking a shake but it’s not very chocolatey. I add a piece of 90% chocolate on top so it melts in just to try and bump the chocolateness up a bit.Goes Well With:Dark chocolate on top (slightly healthier than normal chocolate especially for Keto)

Nice with sauce
4Quite nice if topped with some sugar freeQuite nice if topped with some sugar free syrup, on its own it can be a bit too dry. Goes Well With:Some friends manage to make a melt in the middle bomb type pudding by putting peanut butter or sauce in mug, but I haven't quite mastered that yet as it seems to just rise to the top

Perfect Easy Dessert
5I love making these, it's so easy and takes no time at all. I often get hungry after my evening meal so this is a good way to prevent that. Goes Well With:Fruit, nuts, yoghurt

5Easy to make, really enjoyed this protein mug cake gives you boost in evenings cosied up I love the chocolate mix add a couple bits of chocolate orange and strawberry’s 😍

Protien mug cake
5Dubious about this purchase. As many have written negative comments. But I must admit it was very easy to mix and is relatively nice flavour. I don't see what the issue is to get the correct mix. Perfect little protien boost in a warm mug. Ideal after a run in the cold. Or in an evening.. Goes Well With:Water or milk.
