Filling dessert or snack
5Love this mug cake mix, I use 100ml water and microwave it for 40 seconds, slightly undercooked it’s gooey and not at all dry. Great macros.Goes Well With:Dessert, snack, don’t need to add anything to it it’s perfect on its own.

Late night snack
5Sometimes protein products can taste a bit powdery, but once you get this properly mixed, it’s so easy and quick and genuinely tasty, and a great way ya to hit your protein goals, I have after dinner as dessert Goes Well With:Mixed with milk, I add Greek yogurt

Cake in mug
3It mixes well and tastes also okay. You need to make sure that you have the right timing for your microwave - first times surely are for practising. The cake itself is quite spongy and not like cakes in general - you can make a difference that this is made for a special purpose - to contain more protein. However, didn't spot any positive effects for me - probably not ordering again. Nothing special or extraordinary.Goes Well With:Water

Fantastic, nutritionally deceiving snack!
5I absolutely adore this chocolate mug cake, as long as you follow the instructions and mix thoroughly with a plain old fork, you get a spongy, even-textured, tasty chocolatey cake that isn't at all dry and can easily get away without extra toppings if you're counting calories. Mix it with milk (semi-skimmed for my choice) and you get a huge 28g protein with just 16 grams of carbs and 216 calories, I find it perfect if I need to bump up my protein intake after dinner and/or if I fancy a sweet dessert. I couldn't recommend this enough, I'm gonna try the salted caramel too. Filling, tasty and deceptively indulgent, try this and you wont regret it! Just make sure you follow the instructions ;) Goes Well With:Semi-skimmed milk

Love this mug cake
5I prefer the chocolate rather than the caramel but absolutely love this mug cake, two scoops mixed with water in the microwave and then topped with Greek yogurt! Goes Well With:Yogurt Peanut butter

5I ordered this open minded knowing that not every high protein treat is actually nice... I was pleasantly surprised that this is delicious! Would seriously recommend the chocolate flavour (haven't tried the other). However, took way longer to cook than stated on instructions. Will buy again!Goes Well With:Halo top or Breyers low cal high protein ice cream

A weird but good product
4I was really curious what this prodact can do. First, try to stick with the recommended ratio, later on you can add more water or dry mix to make it dry or creamy. I suggest the creamy side. If it gets dry in the micro weave you could feel like you are eating a sponge. Otherwise you will enjoy it. It tastes amazing. I order a salted caramel one and I got what I expected. A little bit artificial but noone expect a totally natural taste from a product like this I guess. The only bad side is that you need to experiment how to make it and adjust the ratio for your taste. But it's worth it.Goes Well With:Syrups or creams.

1Tastes like chemically flavoured chocolate and egg, hard to eat. very disappointed with Myprotein as it’s usually really good.

Great for a guilt-free sweet protein treat.
5Just had my first try of the chocolate flavour (I bought a sample sachet) and it is delicious! I mixed it with 75ml of water, microwaved it for 45 seconds and it came out moist and fluffy (exactly how I was hoping it would). I'm already stocking up on a 1kg tub cos I know I'll definitely be reaching for it whenever I want a sweet, warm treat on a cold afternoon or night. Fantastic product!Goes Well With:A movie, in bed on a cold night.

3Got natural chocolate flavour, bit sickly and didn't taste a whole lot like chocolate. Good alternative but I don't think I will be buying again.Goes Well With:milk
