Slow but sure !!!
5It takes me more than 2 hours to show any sign BUT very effective. I just take it 2-3 hours before I hit the gym. Goes Well With:I just take it with water

Poor Quality Pump
3Was buying these hoping to push my evening workouts to another level but was sadly disappointed. Felt hardly any pump at all and I have tried quite a few pre-workouts. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Goes Well With:Nothing

Huge Pump
5Tried for the first time this morning and I haven’t stopped telling everyone I know about them! Took 4 at 5:30 am got into the gym for 6:30 and had one of the biggest and best sessions with the biggest pump I have ever experienced! I have been on and off with the gym for years, I’m back on and more determined than ever to get the results I am looking for, I have never been one to achieve the vascularity look but today, it was different, I could veins coming off of the muscles groups I was working, biceps, forearms and shoulders and it gave me a new gym high which I will now be aiming to achieve all the time, I was lifting heavier in most exercises and not fatiguing nearly as quickly as I normally would! Well worth the money, (I did get 45% off, (I think)) and would I pay full price, absolutely, huge fan and great purchase, thanks MP! World Class Goes Well With:1 caffeine tablet + 1 berry blast pre work out gel and half a pint of water
