real the swell
5I take it with my coffee 1 hr before gym and 1/2 hr before pre . knock out a good session and look jacked for hours after . i see real definition through out the day . highly recommend this product . Goes Well With:pre workout

Mild
3I have used it only 3 times: once doing weights, and 2 x times road cycling very intensely an hour each time. Each time the dosage was as recommended i.e. 4 capsules an hour before the workout. While lifting I think I didn't feel anything unusual, no pump, no increased strength or endurance. On the bike though I did experience increased energy, not necessarily endurance as after an hour I was knackered, but my normalized power was about 50 Watts higher than usual. Maybe the taking coincided with my higher form on those days. It happens at times. This thing doesn't shake you up the way, say, Nox by Dorian Yates either. I didn't experience increased heart rate, sweating, hyperactivity, dehydration etc. As such it is pretty mild as I am normally very sensitive to such supplements and get to feel any effects stronger than other people. Which may likely as well be seen as being an advantage. I may buy this supplement again, but am a little on the fence if I really need it.Goes Well With:Water, tea, coffee. Best on an empty stomach.
