Be careful
3Took this in the morning before getting to work at 7am, it woke me up for sure I didn’t want to go to bed at all. BUT my heart is pounding so hard throughout the day and I have troubles sleeping at night ‘cause I keep feeling and hearing my heart beat so loud. I also get dizziness at work since I’ve started taking caffeine. (And I only take half a tablet). So try it, if nothing wrong happens it’s all good, but if you’re in my case, stop taking caffeine. Try a little cup of coffee instead maybe.
