They definitely work
5I'm not senseative to caffeine at all even with detox breaks my tolerance comes back quick, also not a morning person so if I don't get a good night sleep I'm kick this back with a black coffe even before I have my breakfast ( not recommended) they kicl in great and last long a good 6 to 8 hours in my 10 hour shift keeps me going well need definitely by them again. 70mg of caffeine in a black coffee then 300?g in these bad boys it's like shotting 4 coffee's in 1 go Goes Well With:With plenty of water keep hydrated and food you will feel slightly dizzy if and slightly sick if not

5I take a full tablet on leg days and half on other training days - super effective, I love it.Goes Well With:Water :)

5They do as they should and give you perky energy boost, also make you feel more able to concentrate, really good product, i will buy more when i run out.

Works a Treat
5At first I was a little apprehensive about taking caffeine tablets and receiving a 'jolt' as some reviewers have stated so I started slowly with them. To my surprise they have been working a treat for me when either I've been extremely tired in the morning or having that afternoon slump - perks me right up - bright eyed and alert. Definitely a keeper.
