5Great purchase, I used them for that wake up in a morning or for a pre workout. Either way will keep you going for at least 4-5 hours, easy to swallow.Goes Well With:Water

omg they work i swallow mine with a liquid just cause it’s easier but can be crushed
5quality is as needed Goes Well With:studying i’m still a student and manage to concentrate better these are a great helper
