Caffeine tablets
5My day job as a postie requires walking ~10miles per day. I tablet at the start keeps me going for a whole shift (~4 hours walking) including up and down stairs to multiple blocks of flats. Just the boost that's needed 😁 Goes Well With:Plenty of water

5The pills itself don't have any taste; they are easy to swallow and can dissolve in water with ease. They can make me awake for about 4-5 hours straight after consumption but take up to 30 min to fully kick in,Goes Well With:Water/ Alpha Pre-workout blue raspberry flavor

5I bought these because I was conscious of too much coffee staining my teeth. I’m very happy with these, the tablet creates a more sustained and long lasting lift throughout the day. It is ideal for anyone with big dreams and ambitions to give you that edge. I don’t think I could go without these now. Highly recommend

My essential
5Preworkout is not for me and I can't drink coffee first thing before working out so thought I would give these tablets a go. What a gamechanger! I take them when I first wake up and by the time I get to the gym I can feel them working- at first I didn't think they were doing anything until I forgot to take one one morning. Boy was I tired 😂 so these are definitely a great option if you're not into pres like me but still need a lil something to get you going! Goes Well With:Morning people
