Perfect for pre workout
5I tried this because I wanted to get a boost of energy before my workout and stay more alert since I workout in the morning. Works perfectly well. Doesn't have any flavor so it goes down easy. Will be using this on a regular.

Caffeine tablets
5I was recommended to try these tablets to help with pre workout. And they are actually working better for me as they provide a continuous level of caffeine to help training and then there are no effects afterwards

5Put it on a pie barm and didn’t even notice it was there. Mixability top notch would highly recommend Didn’t sleep for a week after this. Goes Well With:Wigan kebab
