Great tasting but out of stock 😔
5This is a great tasting protein shake that really does its job after a hard session. The only down side is that it’s now out of stock and the only substitution tastes like your drinking clay...

Recovery Fuel Works For Me
5Had suffered terrible leg cramps during and after long bike rides (3hrs+) and felt sore / tired on the next rides. Tried a few things with little success so put it down to age. Was recommended MyProtein and gave the Recover Fuel a go. What a difference! Cramps gone and great recovery. Strawberry with water mixes ok and has a nice creamy taste. Takes away the urge to snack after exercise as well.Goes Well With:The settee and catch-up TV.

Good but not enough
4I use this after my cycle to work and find it definitely helps my recovery but it is let down by only being available in a 1kg size bag. That gives you 16 servings according to the serving directions. I'd rather pay extra and have supplements that last payday to payday. Goes Well With:Water

Great Taste
5Easy to mix. Chocolate flavour is tasty: I prefer it with milk over water. Can't really comment on the effictivness; can only hope it makes a difference to my recovery.Goes Well With:Milk, water

Great product
5A great product, unfortunately MyProtein have continued to reduce the size of the bags this can be bought in from 5kg to 2.5kg to 1kg and the price does not reflect the proportionate reduction. Despite tasting great and mixing well I will be looking at other companies who can provide it in a wider range of size bags and in prices that are commensurate with the quantity in the bag.

It's OK...
3I tried the RecoverFuel, having been using the Recovery XS for a few months. The XS was out of stock, and the Fuel was a recommended alternative. It mixes fine in a shaker, but then you have to drink it... It is very milky, and I find the taste rather cloying. Looking at the ingredients, this may be because of the high maltodextrin content, compared to the XS which had a mix of maltodextrin with maize starch. I'm after a recovery boost, usually following circuits or runs, I'm not doing big weight sessions. It is fine, but I find myself topping up with a banana or some oats, whereas the XS seemed to really get me back on my feet quickly, and keep me there. In summary, it's fine, it seems to work, but I prefer the Recovery XS for flavour and it seems (although it's hard to be definitive) to have a better recuperative effect.

Sweet
3I bought this product to take after training and I am disappointed with the sweetness taste of it, why have they added fructose and sweetener to the blend I’ll never know. 8.4g of sugar per 60g serving can’t be good, surely?Goes Well With:Water

4Top product, easy to mix, tastes good and definitely limits the effects of DOMS. Would be 5* product if it came in different flavours. Goes Well With:Water

Impressed
51st time trying this , blitz it with coconut milk in a blender and drank it straight after my training session....was very impressed tasted better than a McDonald's chocolate shake , Also noticed a drop in soreness tbe day after too , would definitely recommend Goes Well With:Coconut milk

Does what it says
4As a female that prefers running and doesn't want the bulk this is great at replenishing my muscles after a hard gym treadmill session. As a vegetarian I worry about not getting enough protein in my diet. Since using this I find the muscle soreness does not last anywhere near as long. Chocolate is fine with a dash of milk but I'm preferring the strawberry at the moment with just water. Goes Well With:Water
