Does the job as a substitute when in a calorie deficit
3Doing a 5 week aggressive mini cut, so obviously not drowning my protein pancakes in maple syrup right now lol This is a great substitute to add to the above. I also made protein banana bread yesterday and this mixed well to create a nice batter.Goes Well With:Protein pancakes

Utterly disgusting stuff
1To call this ‘golden syrup’ is a crime against humanity. This stuff is more akin to a poorly mixed gelatinous goop, and the flavour is not much better than the mouthfeel. Goes Well With:The bin.

4Butterscotch tastes great incorporated in things! Has the usual weird gloopy consistency of all sugar free syrups. I wouldn’t eat straight out the bottle for that reason but again this is the case with all brands😂 Make sure to keep in the fridge otherwise it’ll taste terrible Goes Well With:Mix with peanut butter powder, trust me

Firm favourite
5Buy frequently, maple is my favourite, would recommend Goes Well With:all the taste in your yoghurt or in shakes for zero kcals

pretty good
5i’m not normally a fan of raspberry flavoured things so this was kind of an impulse buy lol. the taste is very strong, like a very strong sweet raspberry jam, which is a good thing as you won’t need much of it. the bottle is pretty big, bigger than i thought it’d be so this should last quite a while. you could add this to anything really, though it doesn’t mix in too well with liquids. pancakes, oats, yogurt, though i feel like it’s be great inside fairy cakes or for other low calorie sweet treats. 100% gonna buy the butterscotch flavour next as i’m a huge fan of that.Goes Well With:pancakes, oats
