Such a good replacement for golden syrup
5Oh my, this is heavenly as a replacement for golden syrup. It is quite thick, just like the original golden syrup so it isn’t really the same as maple syrup but the taste is similar to maple syrup. Just the consistency is like golden syrup.Goes Well With:Homemade pancakes Oatmeal Yogurt and musli

Delicious addition to breakfast
5I love this on my porridge! It’s quite gooey but tasty! The golden syrup isn’t overly sweet like your standard golden syrup with all the cals! Been buying for years. I also buy maple and butterscotch, I tend to use butterscotch on my coffee as a drizzle which is lovely.Goes Well With:Porridge, yog and protein fluff!

5The maple syrup, butterscotch, and golden syrup are all unreal! So sweet and delicious, amazing with oats or fruit or any sort of dessert to add some extra sweetness and a different texture! Tip: keep refrigerated to optimise the flavour!! The raspberry is also nice although more like a jam kind of flavour so a bit less sickly sweet (which I love, so the butterscotch is my number 1). Goes Well With:Oats, cheesecakes, fruit salads

Good for porridge
3Can’t say it tasted massively like golden syrup and is a lot less thick. But brilliant for breakfasts and puddings as it adds the sweetness that you need without all the calories. Goes Well With:Porridge

Awfull smell and taste
1I have bought many products from My Protein, but this one is the worst of all. It smells awful and tastes even worse. It looks NOTHING like chocolate, it tastes a lot like sweetener. Bad, I wasted money.

Hmmm I'm still unsure
3I got the butterscotch one because it seemed to have the best reviews, but I'm still a little unsure about it. I used it on the pancakes and it just didnt taste right. It should be thicker too. Overall it just didnt give enough flavour or texture to make the pancakes yummy. A little disappointed tbh.

For the price and kcal, can't be beaten
4I bought the Butterscotch version after reading some reviews and would have to agree that it's really nice, especially for being ~0kcal. It texture and flavour is slightly "watery" compared to full sugar versions, but what do you expect from something so guilt free! I'd say just put a bit more on. Overall I'd recommend it for putting on any desert, porridge, and oats. Just to give them that little bit extra boost.Goes Well With:Porridge, oats, ice cream, protein muffin. Pretty much any desert.

The best
5By far the best tasting syrup out there. This is definitely a game changer for anyone who is interested in sugar free syrups for any reason. The butterscotch flavor in particular is heavenly tasting weather it be in pancakes or how i like to have it, with some Greek yoghurt and granola. I also use it as a sweetener and it works perfectly.Goes Well With:Pancake, greek yoghurt
