Best shake I have found
5This is the best shake I have found so far that is an all rounder. I mix mine with milk so fuller for longer and this mixes easily and tastes just like a regular milkshakeGoes Well With:Milk - 300ml

Overall good
5Good product... taste far better than any others I have tried I struggle with protien shakes and always have but this is a really good product to boost your protien intake especially if like me you struggle with taste and textures

Effective, tastes ok
4I just recently started using this product, so I can't say whether I see the effect or not BUT! I immediately noticed that my appetite lowers and I feel fuller and less likely to snack - which is great! As for the taste - I hate anything artificial flavored, so protein anything isn't my thing. I ordered chocolate brownie flavor and I mix it with a handful of frozen sour cherries and a tsp of yogurt, to balance the sweetness (it's waaay too sweet for mu taste). Combination of sour cherries and chocolate is classic and delicious. I wouldn't recommend this combo if you're on a strict calorie count as it does add to your calorie intake.Goes Well With:Water, handful of frozen sour cherries and a tsp of sour yogurt

Great product but can split when I use my blender
4I think this product works well in terms of supporting me loosing weight. I have replaced by breakfast with this and it keeps me full until lunch time and helps me hit my macros. However, when I use my blender to mix it, sometimes it goes a little funny and splits. To work around this, I have just been mixing it by hand which works really well. Goes Well With:Cacao powder, cold coffee or fruit.

Tastes good
4We have gotten used to bad tasting protein so when a nice one comes along it’s very special, this is special mixes quickly no lumps a nice fine powder and yes it is delicious Goes Well With:I mix mine with bananas peanut butter or pineapple

5Ive ordered the Chocolate Brownie flavor and as long as u mix it properly using a blender or something similar it removes all the clumps and the taste is alright. So far so good! Dont be scared to order, I recommend also getting the Thermopure capsules for quicker metabolism.Goes Well With:Water or Milk Good Exercise and Diet
