The EAA is a super-convenient formula, containing all nine of the essential amino acids, to make the ultimate intra-workout shake.
With 7g of Amino9®, comprising of 4.1g of the BCAA's leucine, isoleucine, and valine, these naturally occur in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle1 — making sure your body’s prepared to tackle your next training session.
To help you get the most out of every session we’ve added 500mg of coconut water and 466mg of the advanced electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium. This will help you to keep your electrolyte balance in check during your workout,2 as we’ve added the essential salts that you lose through sweat.
It’s important that you have the correct balance of electrolytes as they are involved in many essential processes within the body, just like potassium which supports muscle function and the function of the nervous system.3
But that’s not all. There’s 24mg of the essential water-soluble vitamin C that’s involved in a wide range of vital functions in the body. It helps to reduce everyday tiredness and fatigue4, while supporting your natural defences5 — so can be a great pick-me-up during your workout.

Couldn’t beat the taste
I’ve bought a lot from my protein and loved everything so far but this one just tasted real rough. Really hard to stomach. Naturally it’s a personal preference so I’ve left it with a fairly middle of the road score. But next time I’ll try a different flavour lol.

I hope this product will be back in stock and not discontinued as you’ll be missing a gap in the market. This product is great for a morning hydration drink with a good balance of EEAs.

Lemon Ice Tea Flavour is nice
Hesitated ordering this due to bad reviews on some of the flavours. I've had other EEA powders from my protein before and I found this lemon ice tea flavour actually really nice. Mixed well in the beaker. Can't rate effectiveness just yet as I only tasted it once but so far I'm really happy with it! Goes Well With:Water & Ice cubes

The taste of the actual powder itself is nice but once diluted with water tastes like bitter metallicy mouldy off water, pretty rank Goes Well With:Dirt, maybe

Honestly really not worth buying this was a impulse buy for me has a disgusting aftertaste and smells like dog mixed with cherry tastes how it smells once mixed definitely needs more sweetener
