5This is a such a good deal you get everything you need to improve and build in the gym. I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to reach their goals. I would recommend the chocolate flavour as it is not only effective but it is delicious

4Creatine is good mixes well with anything unlike other creatines aswell as a nice not too sweet taste. Oats are easy to use and good for shakes as they don’t all stick to the bottom. Protein powder is great for hulking high calories high protein with a nice flavour Peanut butter is better than any other I have used as it’s not to sweet

5Best thing I've bought,the flavours are amazing,dont even like chocolate milkshake but the protein powder is really nice,not mastered the oats yet but with the peanut butter helps alot,well worth the money
