Great tasting and effective
5Cola flavour is spot on for flavour. I like how there is coconut water and keeps you going during workouts. Powder is extremely light and might create a mess, better to put water in bottle first before adding supplement to prevent the powder from ‘floating’ out.

Amazing
5I bought this for my sister who cycles a lot for charity and that’s her main training. She cycles around 100 miles a week and is currently on a cycling challenge in Sri Lanka, this infra work out has been the main staple to her training!

Tastes nasty
3The previous MyProtein products I've used over the years have been great, they mix well and taste good, but the Mango Pineapple flavour is just nasty. It doesn't mix very well, as after every set I do at the gym, I have to give my bottle a shake, as a white layer has formed at the bottom of the bottle. If you've pushed yourself hard in the gym and have thrown up a bit in your mouth and you get that horrible taste, that's what the after taste of this In:EAA Mango and Pineapple reminds me off. The only way I can drink this if when I add summer fruit squash to it. On the plus side, just like the MyProtein Intra-Workout I have used for years, it does give me the added boost I need in the gym to have a great workout. Goes Well With:Robinsons Summer Fruit Squash and Ice.

Energy
5This product gave me the burst of energy I required when in the gym or going for a run. I've tried a few of these products by a different company, always left my mouth tingling or general on rest. This is smooth, tasty and no reaction to it. This is a win win product.
