Awful taste but powerful
4Taste is terrible however if you can stomach it and get it down the effect is really good. Does make your skin feel tingly/ itchy and your whole body feels warm. Really helped me power through and last longer and definitely got more of a sweat on Goes Well With:Water

4Honestly solid product, definitely beginner and intermediate friendly. Taste is appropriate and anyone that’s ever touched these kinds of products will rate it on the better scale to most As performance goes, had a longer high level endurance and found it easier maintaining some explosive rounds, had been of these sort of products for a year but still didn’t over stimulate took me where I needed to be.Goes Well With:Water, nice amino acid.”/carb mix for during workout after consumption.

bitter and spicy taste
3bitter and spicy taste and cant taste much of the mango or pineapple. no jitters from the caffeine and do feel a warm effect though.Goes Well With:water

5Until I read reviews I thought I had an allergy to something. You’ll feel a tingling on your face (and ears) and it can last about an hour. Although it’s not a nice taste and luminous green, it does work. On my heart rate monitor on the app, it was much much lower than normal doing spin (I do spin at least 3 times a week) and over the class recovery was much quicker. I’ve not known any pre-workout powders work as well and I rarely leave reviews.

Don't buy the mango flavor!
1I read the reviews but didn't listen 😔 don't buy the mango flavor it's horrible with some kind of spicy tingling taste. Not recommend at all. Better to get the pre-workout gel tropical flavor. Goes Well With:In the trash

Excellent
4Other reviews said the taste is bad, it's not exactly delicious but it's more than drinkable. Quite sour and the spicyness is strange, but it works amazingly. I'm 5lb down with just calorie counting and having one of these morning and afternoon. Definitely recommend Goes Well With:Water

4I didn’t really like the taste of the mango and pineapple and most of the times it gives me nausea but it gives me an amazing boost and it helped me a lot and the effect is powerful
