Short brief history of Pre Work out development will lead you to the conclusion that there is a finite amount of recipe designing you can do if your only going to use natural and legal ingredients that sit well with the sporting community and compition requirements, my point being that My Pre 2.0 is about as good as it can get considering nearly every Pre Work Out on the market. I like it, the new ingredients add a fizz and sparkle to the initial feelings and stimulation’s, the others seem to bring a longer focus throughout the work out, and of course the rest are only detectable over the weeks of your training sessions anyway. It’s great value and I have no reason to buy anything else, frankly like everything in sports improvements tend to come with a few different aspects of training and diet focused at the same time, not supplements.
Goes Well With:
5 x Focused training sessions a week, low carb, low sugar high protien diet, water, sleep and an iPod of favourite music. Enough said.

Bought the blue raspberry flavour, my boyfriend hated the taste at first but has grown used to it. I don't hate it, but it doesn't taste how I imagined it to taste. However, finding it easy to sip before doing my stretches and heading to the gym! Does make me feel energized though!

Bring back older MyPre

This stuff isn't half as good as the original "1.0" MyPre. It has less supplements in it than the original mypre, yet it costs more. Very disappointed. Off to buy a couple of tubs of the original before they sell out. I won't buy the 2.0 stuff again. Not worth it. I've been using mypre for 4 years.

Overall a good preworkout for most users. It can tend to lessen in effectiveness after a while so a little break is good or simply use more. The taste could be a little sweeter but that isnt a big deal.

The pre workout is actually incredibly good it really kicks in and you can definitely feel that burst of energy and drive. Only downside is the taste. For me the blue raspberry just is absolutely disgusting (still am using it not putting it to waste lol)

Firstly those saying that it tastes disgusting need to behave themselves. I don’t know what they expect from a pre workout and it tastes pretty good to me. I can’t say that it gives me a strong buzz but it definitely gets me through a workout in terms of holding off fatigue. Would recommend others at least try it (blue raspberry) for the performance aspects and don’t be put off by the taste reviews.

Please Dont buy.In the beginning for 2 to 3 weeks its fine. But over the time, its doing more harm than good. When ever I take, I get head ache and somewhere you loose the control our yourself.

My pre 2.0 Vs other

My pre 2.0 is a really good pre workout for pushing them extra reps, it doesn't seem to make me feel like throwing up after taking 2.0 as compared to other pre workouts, in my opinion if it had more beta alanine in, then it would be top, I don't seem to get that lip tingle from my pre 2.0 as I did with the original but I did use doubly the dosage with the original, overall this is a brilliant pre workout and it definitely helps with the extra rep and getting through your workout

Nothing, drink on an empty stomach 20-30mins pre workout

Not as bad as you think...

I initially read the ingredients upon launch and thought this was a terrible idea for a pre-workout. Upon reading some reviews saying it was great, I bought some...Before I got a chance to try it, I read reviews on here and thought I may have made a mistake. I took a double scoop last night and felt absolutely nothing. No buzz, No Alanine skin prickle. Thought I had wasted my money. At the time of getting to the gym last night, I had already been up for 13 hours and worked a full and stressful day...I then noticed, I wasn't tired, I wasn't lethargic. I wasn't buzzing like I usually am from the other Pre's I used. I actually had a very effective and consistent energy level. While I didn't "Feel" any different, I certainly had a great workout and was probably able to do more after. A few more uses will prove/Disprove my hypothesis.
