5Finally, a pre workout that gives you that buzz you need before a session without tasting horrible! It mixes really well too. This will be my go to pre workout from now on!

Pre workout
5Wow, I’ve used plenty of pre workouts over the years, this is my favourite, I use 1-2 times a week when I need a pick up, maximum energy and pump if I’ve had carbs, absolute no come down, I also have it 5am on empty stomach and don’t feel sick at all! Very itchy skin within 10 mins but goes when you start training!! Great product...rainbow candy tastes great,!Goes Well With:Water 300-400 ml

Pre workout buzz
5Fantastic product, one of my favorites! I wish I could see a reduction in packing.. such a waste of plastic.. when the tube is on 1/3 full

Prequel out
4The product was good and gave me a much needed boost. The taste was reasonable compared to some pre workouts I have tried and I would definitely use it again. The big down side and I know I am not the first to say it, was the container. Why? It could have been a third of the size. I would rather have a more appropriate tub and pay less.

5Excellent pre workout better than expected I’ve tried many but this one seems to be a good choice get the expected tingling feeling and gives big pumps at the gym well worth the money

Great product
4I brought the orange mango, Great taste and mixed really well. Got a great buzz from it. Felt so focused on my workout. Ngtl I got a bit itchy at first on my face and ears but it went after a while. The container is massive compared to what you get in it. Overall it’s done what I brought it for, so will be recommending it and buying it from now on. Great product Goes Well With:Water

Not the best tasting...
1Was thinking of buying this until I tried a scoop from a friend. The rainbow candy flavour has a pure chemical taste which was the first put off. Also the after taste was pretty bad. Aside from that the pre was fairly effective. I recommend getting “the pump” capsules instead and caffeine pills if needed.Goes Well With:The bin

Ridiculous Packaging
4Great product, but honestly the most ridiculous packaging out of any other pre workout. The tub isn't even a third full. What is the point? In a world where recycling is everything, why on earth would you need such a massive tub with nothing in it. I can't even reach the bottom ffs. Half expecting to end up in Narnia finding the scoop. Not impressed

1Flavour is vile the mix isn’t steady and has little bits in the buzz is good but I thought there was creatine in it but turns out there is not

Pre workout +
5I love this pre workout I take it in the morning when in my opinion it’s more effective. It wakes me up and keeps me focused on a workout so that I can push every last movement out and more. It does give me a slight tingle on my face but it doesn’t last long and isn’t uncomfortable in any way. Headphones in and off I go. Absolutely love this stuff. Well done my protein
