Pre workout
4The pre workout gave a very nice pump and keeps me energised throughout, the grape flavour however is a little strong for my liking and so i will be choosing a new flavour next time Overall good product and mixes well

Just the right level
5Just the right level of caffeine for me. Along with the other ingredients I definitely get a boost for my early morning workouts without feeling too wired for the rest of the day or getting the dreaded skin itch some pre workouts cause. The Orange Mango is the best flavour by a mile and the one I have on subscription.
