Great all round pre
4Gave a buzz for sure definitely helps with the workout. The powder was unfortunately clumpy in the tub, however, mixed really well.

The “I have to get more of this one”
5Love how it gets me up in the mornings, quality ingredients, strong driving force - almost like having an invisible spotter to push you through the workout. Easy on the stomach (I am a bit sensitive to the caffeine and it resonates soo well with me) Goes Well With:BCAAs, ZMAs, L-Carnitine, plain water or if you are feeling a bit creative pop a few pieces of raw ginger into the mix.

Hits like a rocket
4It tastes great, don't get me wrong, but when you first open up the tub it smells a bit strong and not really like how it tastes. Plus it was a little clumpy when I got it but other than that still mixes and tastes great

Tastes great but …
3The flavour is great and gets the job done as far as pre workout goes. However when it arrived some moisture must have gotten into the container so it has went hard and stuck together, not easy to scoop :( . I’ve tried everything to fix this to no avail.

Decent formula, awful taste
2The formula is meh, it’s under dosed for the most part and the ingredients don’t compliment each other at all, I suspect how this was developed was MP just looked on google trends for the most searched pre workout terms and just used all of those. However a sub par formula at this price can be forgiven, you can can also just double your servings. The real problem is the taste, and the smell, the taste is vile and I can stomach some pretty horrid stuff, but what’s worse? The smell, my god the smell is stomach turning, I suspect it’s the vitamin B1 that is to blame. I had to bin the tub and powder after a few weeks as the smell became unbearable! Don’t buy this, buy the alpha pre workout, it’s better dosed, the ingredients compliment each other better and it tastes great! Goes Well With:Nothing, just buy the alpha pre workout

Great Pre
4Great Pre, use it to help wake us up on an early morning to prepare us for the gym. Doesn’t make me ‘tingle’ as much as Alpha Pre but I feel that this one helps me focus more and get a good pump
