4It’s okay the flavour is a bit sicky but it does the job and you can’t ask for more, it’s not the strongest pre workout out there but there’s plenty of caffeine in it if you are a normal person and don’t drink caffeine constantly

Mixes well and tastes really good
5I have tried a lot of pre-workouts and this one is the best. It mixes well even without a proper shaker and it smells/tastes really nice. When you first try it you do get a bit tingly but after a few weeks of having it most mornings I don’t feel that anymore.

Does the job
5Kicks in after 20 mins on the treadmill, as long as the heart rates up keeps me going for a good hour Goes Well With:Water and good vibes

Good Enough Product
5The Forumlation had me using two scoops rather than the recommended one scoop. Specifically for the recommended 8-10grams of L-Citrulline for better pumps.Goes Well With:Should be paired with a pump product

Good apart from taste
3It works, gives you a bit of a kick but the taste... Nope. Not for me. If someone asked me what death tastes like I wouldn't need to describe it, just give them a cup of this and it would do the job. Mixes well on the high end of water quantity.
