Good all rounder
5This pre workout tastes pretty good, mixes well and has quite a few added benefits like creatine, which Is really good as don’t need to take another product with it. Doesn’t give you really bad jitters like others, and still feel really strong and ready to kill a workout Goes Well With:Water!

Pre Workout
5Tried both the blue rasperry and the lemon sherbet. Both have a bit of an aftertaste but generally taste nice. Take it just before my 6am workout and wakes me up and gets me pumped for my Workout.

Good boost
5Nice flavour and good dosage of ingredients gives a nice boost and decent pump. Prepares you for a very intense workout lasts all the way through a intense two hour session Goes Well With:Coconut water

5Tastes great, mixes perfect. Very effective! I struggle to find a pre workout that works with me, but this one is perfect

Effective but revolting taste
2The lemon sherbet flavour is almost unbearably sweet, and chemically. I often feel nauseous by the end of the drink and have found myself holding my nose to avoid the taste. Gives a good pump and lots of energy, but am glad to see the end of the tub. Goes Well With:COVID-19 symptoms (loss of taste and fatigue).

5The energy you get from this is amazing especially for running! Muscles feel great during and after the workouts!Goes Well With:Water and cranberry juice
