5The best pre-workout I’ve used to date. My workouts have vastly improved since using it. Focus, energy and performance have all improved all while my diet and supplements have stayed the same so this is the only change I’ve made. I don’t get that ‘itchy’ feeling from the beta alanine like I do with other pre-workouts which I like. Also don’t have a huge energy comedown after my workouts it seems to be a gradual decrease in energy over time which is a huge positive. I’ve used blue raspberry flavour and am a very big fan of the taste (if it wasn’t pre-workout I’d drink it all day). Only slight issue I’ve had is when mixing the shake it foams up slightly but doesn’t affect anything else apart from that. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to improve their workout quality.

AVOID AT ALL COST - Makes you feel depressed
1Okay, so I will be truthful here. Since changing the formula about 3-4 months ago, this product is absolutely awful. Makes you feel so exhausted and fatigued DURING training and makes you feel depressed AFTER. For the whole day. Messes with your hormones. I have been training for 12 years now and never have I come across a product which makes u feel as low as this. Strength was probably all mine as I do heavy lifts and nothing to do with the preWorkout. Avoid please. As a loyal customer I am utterly disappointed with this product and it’s new formula! Goes Well With:Feeling Depressed

5This is the best pre workout I have tried, flavour is lovely and gets you pumped for the gym

Pleasantly surprised
5I have tried other PW from MyProtein and decided to give this one a go. This doesn’t give me that immediate jolt and the shakes like some others but works just as well. Tends to keep me going throughout the workout and beyond and no proper crash at the end of it! Really impressed Goes Well With:Water with very little mixing needed

4Hard to judge as I personally don’t feel after effects of pre. Tastes decent and mixes well so no complaints. Worth the buy when it’s on sale Goes Well With:Bcaa and creatine mix
