Great taste, great boost
5This pre workout is fantastic, I don’t normally drink powder products because the remnants, but this mixes really well and the taste actually tastes like it says. I bought orange, mango & passion fruit & it is a very nice flavour. Refreshing. Also gives me a boost when working out. I would recommend any day! Postage was quick too.

Pre- Workout
4This pre - workout is absolutely sensational, as soon as you pop the lid of a loud scent of flavour hits your nostrils and already start to create a flavour in your mind that then goes to your mouth and get an impression of what it tastes like before trying it . Gives off amazing boost whilst in the gym, makes you not wanting to go back home. Absolutely amazing. Goes Well With:Just simply water. have it how ever you want it for a example a shaker or just simply in a glass

Taste is horrible
1I like most MP products including the Appha pre workout but this tasts horrible i have to mix with fruit juice and texture sticks together. Also this does not have a great effect before workout.Goes Well With:Nothing unless you mix it with Ribena or something

Pre workout review
4Great stuff to kick start your workout with, taste is awesome. 15/20 mins starts to kick in so quick and affective, gives you that extra humff for a great workout in the gym.Goes Well With:Water

Not that great
2not as good as other brands. when i opened the tub it was all one big clump and is no where near as fine as things ive had in the past. it does not mix very well and feels gritty. effectiveness wise, its pretty tame Goes Well With:goth juice

Good preworkout
5I was skeptical about preworkout as I wasn’t too sure about it and heard mixed reviews by people. This one tastes nice (blue raspberry flavour) and does mix well. I’ve noticed it does give me the energy I need for more intense workouts. It does leave me feeling slightly itchy if I take it too early, so I would recommend to drink and then head to the gym.Goes Well With:Water

Newbie
4I’m new to these protein products & recently decided to try this pre-workout. I was surprised that it did give me a boost reasonably quick. I go along to spin cycle classes regularly & have noticed an increase in my performance since starting this product. Especially when cycling with tough resistance. I expected this boost as such to only last a few minutes but feel refreshed for the remainder of the day. I expected to feel suddenly drained when the effect had worn off but surprisingly I don’t.

Lemon Sherbet
5The lemon sherbet flavour is incredible! Not too sour and not too sweet. My new favourite flavour for sure. Goes Well With:Water
