Why ruin an already good product
2I have used the pre workout for over a year with nothing but good things to say about it, however, the second they changed the formula I haven’t used it again since. I used the Grape flavoured one, and it tasted really chemically and the smell really wasn’t good. Not sure why such a drastic change to the formula was so necessary for an already winning product!Goes Well With:Unfathomable dissapointment

Decent pre workout
4Firstly the taste is amazing, iv had the orange mango and passion fruit flavour and it tastes really nice. Next the effectiveness is decent, gives you a nice pump but mainly wakes you up especially after a long night shift. I have been taking black coffee for a long time now and really needed something to give me a slight edge and a decent pump and to go with the caffein. Overal is a decent pre workout but if you want something much stronger then your better off looking elsewhere.Goes Well With:Ice cold water!!!

Ruined It
1This pre workout used to be great, had a great taste and a good buzz. No idea what they have done to it but the powder is brown 🤢 and the flavour is horrible and no buzz or itchy face. The other pre workout from my protein isnt great either. Most products going downhill. Goes Well With:The bin

Awful new blend
2I’ve used this for years and the flavour has now changed. Undrinkable moving forward but it did give me decent energy in my workout. Goes Well With:The bin

Decent but bad flavour
3The actual preworkout is okay, does the job but not the best. I would avoid the blue raspberry flavour, tastes awful.

Disappointing
1Ordered this product expecting it to be really good. The product came with great packaging and a great overall appearance. I opened the product to dried up pre work out around the seal. I removed the seal to be overwhelmed with a horrid smell. The powder it self was clumpy. It mixes well however tastes very artificial and nothing like blue raspberry. Overall very disappointed

Pre workout mango
5Have been using my protein pre workout for the last couple of years Have not found a better tasting or more effective pre workout ! Really helps with the 6 am gym sessions Couldn’t recommend highly enough
