Awful but gets the job done
2Went for lemon sherbet and the taste was awful, mixes horrible and made me feel sick. But I pushed through and did my workout which ended up being a really good session. I was pushing myself for a 1RM on squat which usually means salts and the perfect song to get me going but none of that was necessary as I was already shaking, just the thought of the lift reacted with whatever magic is in the preworkout and I was hyped up. I then couldn't sleep until 2am. So if you're willing to risk it all for a good session, this is the pre workout for you Goes Well With:As little water as possible to get it over and done with

Does what it says on the tin
5Tastes good and does what it says it will do. Really helps to motivate me to start working out if I know I have had it and half an hour later I need to start my workout.

Really effective pre-workout
5High quality pre-workout, have tried a few other ones and this is my favourite. Helps me focus and have enough energy for the session with the bonus of being informed sport approved so I can be safe in knowledge that the ingredients are safe and tested.

5Has been great especially for any challenging or early morning workouts. If I pair it with my breakfast and coffee it helps gives me the energy to go and give me consistent energy throughout both cardio and weight lifting.Goes Well With:I just mix with water

3Bought the grape flavour and it smells disgusting I cannot stand it. I thought it might get better once i mixed it with water, did this and couldn’t stand the flavour. Also bought orange and something or other flavour smells grim but tastes great- would reccomend that one. DONT GET GRAPE 😭😭😭Goes Well With:water
