THE Pump™ is packed with scientifically studied, patented ingredients- S7 (50mg), Sabeet (250mg), Aquamin (56.3mg), Senactiv (25mg), AstraGin® (12.5mg) and BioPerine® (2.5mg). THE Pump doesn’t stop there, alongside the patent ingredients, we have included premium ingredients like L-Citrulline Malate at 4g , Beta-Alanine at 2g, 82.5mg of Choline and added vitamin B12 to help with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue1.

No immediate rush of energy as some pre workouts provide. However does allow you too sleep after a workout.

Run for the hills
It smells great but it tastes worse than if you were to boil the trainers of everyone in the gym, mix it with bath and dish water and try to drink it. I don't know how this flavour was ever approved to be a product. It is not even that it is too bitter or anything, it's just a disgusting taste.Goes Well With:the trash bin

Tastes so bad I felt sick
Tastes so bad I felt sick my whole workout, probably never taking it again. Bring back the pump capsules they’re way better. Good pump tho Goes Well With:Throwing it up n crying in the gym bathroom

The taste of it is literally despicable
I've tried the bubble gum flavour and honestly, it tastes like those liquid antibiotics I used to take when I was a child. The taste is so unbearable that I have to chug it each time. I'm not totally sure if it has been enhancing my workouts but I can't really go against the science behind it, some others probably can feel the difference, even if it might be a placebo, but the taste is reprehensible. Can barely drink it.
