5Been using these just over 2 weeks now and can see a difference already. My belly fat seems to have decreased since taking these and can definitely see a difference in my body. I’ve been using these with CLAs every day and can see a boost in energy before using them at the gym too. Can 100% feel an effect after exercise with my body feeling like it’s burning more calories throughout the day and after. Goes Well With:CLA

4I take 3 before a workout. I tried taking just two at first but opted for the three to maximise my performance during gym classes. The only downside to these is a headache which I can deal with but others might not. They do work as my energy levels increase and get better physical results. Only been using for a few weeks so excited to see the outcome in further weeks. Goes Well With:3-5 gym workouts per week
