Overall Good Value Protein Powder
4I purchased the chocolate smooth flavour for the first time in a 5kg bag for better value and it came with a scoop. The taste is fairly good, it is on the weaker side of chocolate flavour though. Mixes well with water, I used 200ml. Overall high protein intake and would definitely recommend. Goes Well With:200ml water

Timing is everything
5Have been using it for years, great product, ordered mid/late December and it arrived just in time for the next COVID lockdown closure of gyms. Fantastic. Like I said, timing is everything.Goes Well With:BCAA / CREATINE TABLETS

5I order one bag of unflavoured and one strawberry then mix them together as I find the strawberry much too sweet on it's own. Top tip guys - half the sweetener used and it'll be much more to the palate. Thoroughly recommended.Goes Well With:glutamine, creatine, glucosamine, bcaa, multivitamin

5Total protein blend is a really good low calorie, high protein option if your looking to maintain or loose weight. Also a great option for just hitting protein goals with 24g per serving. I got chocolate smooth flavour and it was nice and mixed well with both water and milk. It can be used before and after a workout or with it being a low calorie and carb option it's easy to have more than one serving a day to hit protein intake goals.

Tasteeeeee
5Having used this protein blend for years I am satisfied with the result. I feel that it is what I call an answer to my need, as some ‘other’ brands don’t have the mix that gives me what I am satisfied with. Goes Well With:I use the unflavoured mix in cooking, mostly in making fat free chocolate goodies & orange filled snack foods. Then I am happy to know that my decision to indulge in a mid meal snack is wholesome.

Chocolate smooth?
3Good nutritional profile for the price. Taste not so good I ordered the chocolate smooth flavour. I'd say it was more a chocolate malt but not in a nice Malteser kind of way. Not a fan of the taste if I am honest. It doesn't help that my last tub of protein was a chocolate ON 100% whey which does taste superior.Goes Well With:Milk.

Best protein option if you want to control overall calories intake! coconut flavour pls!
5Highly recommended!! perfect alternative to Impact whey protein, less added calories, almost pure protein! Strawberry cream is a great taste!!! We need more of this!! please make more amazing flavours of this product !Goes Well With:smoothies, porridge, yougurt bowls!!! strawberry cream is my absolute favourite!

5I can't really comment on the taste as I always add the powder to a smoothie but the whole thing tastes great so... Also, can't really comment on effectiveness but it definitely keeps the unger pangs at bay.
