Digestive Issues
Caused major bloating and spiked my appetite. I felt so lethargic which led to a lack of energy and feeling very down. I had no idea that these are common side effects of taking omega supplements. Since I've taken omega supplements before from other brands and felt fine I was so confused until I figured out it was taking these that was causing my problems.
