Extremely low dose
Extremely low dose of EPA; not sure one capsule would have any effect at all. You would need 10-20 of these a day to have an effective impact on ADHD. Plus, DHA is way too high. MP used to do a really decent non-vegan omega plus, bit seems to be harder and harder to get hold of, with it being sold out most of the time. I'm worried it will be discontinued. Goes Well With:About 19 doses per day

DISGUSTING
I have been buying this vegan omega supplement for some time. This batch seemed so much worse than previous batches that I thought it was out of date when it arrived. But it was allegedly very fresh. I can only assume the capsules were made of some rancid materials as, from the start, they tasted disgustingly fishy. I struggle to take them, and if I happen to have a warm drink soon afterwards, I get the disgusting fishy taste repeating for ages. As I hate fish, this is particularly unpleasant. This product is excellent value for money, if only I could take it. Though I'm not sure that anything that tastes this bad can possibly be good for me. I have been motivated to write today as I decided to give it another go. I think I might have to splash out on a better quality vegan omega and compare them. On paper, this is brilliant.Goes Well With:Nothing.

Tastes like fish oil
The capsule is delicate and can leak easily and even spontaneously. When I took one of those capsules that leaked it had the taste of fish oil, which is concerning as a vegan...Goes Well With:Swallowed whole and fast!

A great supplement for people on plant-based diets
I've been plant-based for six years now and these have been a staple of my supplementation regime. They're pretty much tasteless, easy to swallow, and convenient to take first thing in the morning.

Good supplement for vegans.
Really easy to swallow no bad tastes and supplements me with the things I can’t get from the seeds sprinkled on my cereal. At one a day not too expensive either highly recommended.

Not what they used to be
These WERE the ‘go to’ being high strength / dosage which is exactly what’s needed when supplementing omega-3 for mental health benefits and well-being. Recent scientific studies have shown that in the right dosage (1200mg per day+) it’s just as affective as SSRIs for combating, mental health issues, including depression. That dosage was easy to reach up until recently when the dosage has been lowered significantly per capsule, although the amount of units and the price remain the same. I’ll be shopping elsewhere for my high-strength omega-3 in the future.

Great product, beware relatively short shelf life
Good amount of DHA and EPA, great price if you catch it on sale. Ordered some in June 2023. Date of manufacture 06/2023, best before end 02/2024. So only 8 months recommended shelf life! Bear that in mind if ordering several to reach the free postage theshold!
