Excellent for Peri-Menpause
5I have been taking these to help with peri-menopause tiredness and they have been helping me feel less tied and foggy. A great selection of B vitamins and thiamine and biotin that all helps. They have also been helping with my tired legs and legs circulation.

Great vitamins
5These are great B vitamins, especially for the price. Small size and easy to take each morning with breakfast. Not sure if they're helping with energy levels but I felt I had a need to take them and hopefully after a few weeks they'll start to noticeably work.
