Effective
5I have been taking these for just over a month now and notice a difference in my energy levels and all how I fought a cold. They don't taste the best but a second of nasty taste for the job they do is worth it.

Great product so far!
5I love this vitamin as it has a blend of all the essential B vitamins included inside. This vitamin has definitely helped with my tiredness and moods, as when going to gym I don’t feel sluggish anymore and I’m able to really focus now. I take them with some other vitamins, at the start of the day with breakfast, definitely recommend! Goes Well With:Take with: Water, clear whey, any drink. I like to take at breakfast.

5Can't have vitamin A at the moment so this is a really good value way of getting all the other vitamins.

Vitamin B complex quality
2Although the whey protein complex products are excellent and unbeatable, the same doesn't go with these particular Vitamin B. I am an long term user of Vit B Complex. High strength or High quality ingredients will pleasantly give a Vit b smell and do the job but these were a let down hope it improves soon!
