Very effective but the pill is difficult to swallow
Started taking this as I usually get I’ll easily ever since I’ve been taking this I haven’t been I’ll in 5 months I can really feel the benefit this has on my immune system especially during winter the pill tastes awful and is a pain to swallow and I’ve nearly chocked on it a few times due to the size it would be better if it had a sugar coating or was in a powdered capsule for easier consumption but a very good vitamin at a decent price.Goes Well With:Lots of water
