Fell good though winter
4Really good takes 2-3weeks to start to feel the benefits of them but never felt better during the winter. Big thumbs up from me just feel upbeat and ready for the gym 👍🏻👊🏻

A higher dose of daily goodness!
5This is a higher dosage of vitamin D and is excellent for the winter time as it gets dark quicker limiting our exposure to the sun. It's quick and easy to eat and small to swallow. I am really happy with this product!Goes Well With:Food

5I have had these everyday for years now and is best to mainly take during the colder seasons. They don't taste of anything and are a nice size to drink with water easily!. They give me the needed vitamins for my strongman training and just a healthy life. Definitely recommend.

5It's great to calculate the measures. Although I take four doses at a time to be fair. As an African living in the UK our IU necessity is much higher.
