I needed to start having vitamin D in my diet due to not getting as much and Myprotein offering 180 soft gels was an easy pick. They are small and easy to swallow. Would recommend!

Immunity improved
I'm always very prone to get sick. Living in London I'm extremely lacking vitamin D and i feel like taking this has helped me significantly for my immunity! Most I get is a little sore throat that goes away next day :) Recommend for sure!

Great easy way to supplement vitamin d into your diet , softgels are so much easier to take instead of tablets in my opinion , wash the reccomended serving down with your favourte drink and boom your set for the day :) highly reccomended supplementGoes Well With:Can be taken easily with your favourite drink

Lowered Dose — was 2500IU now 1000IU
Just finished a bottle of these and opened a new bottle that I recently purchased. Capsules are bigger now so I checked the bottle. New dose is 25 micrograms (1000IU) instead of the previous 62.5 micrograms (2500IU). I would encourage everyone to check so they are taking what they think they are taking. Less and less impressed with MyProtein as time goes on.
