Great vitamin e supplement
Received my vitamin e. Neat container, nicely sealed. One thing is the i.u is not stated on the label, but I'm assuming they are 400i.u caps. Goes Well With:Cod liver oil.

Already noticing a difference.
Only been taking these a few weeks after being recommended from a Sensitivity testing. They are so small so very easy to take. I have noticed my skin is looking better and my nails have grown and are not breaking so easily. Had a few comments that my hair is looking not as dry as normal. Its straightened every morning this is defiantly a positive. I will keep taking them as very impressed with the results so far.
