Capsules are giant
3Why are they so large? Difficult to swallow, seem unnecessarily large. Won't be buying again. Otherwise....no issues!

Could be all in my head
4Could be all in my head but deffo feels like aches are resolved quicker after workouts on these. I am talking alongside a diet protein powder. Worth a punt to see if you feel different.

5Very easy to take and i already feel the positive effects of it. Capsules are easy to consume but for some it may be hard as they are quite big. But overall. Definitely worth the price. Goes Well With:Anything

Misinformation
5There's a review saying that Mg oxide is better than Mg citrate and it's a cheaper product.. no actually oxide isn't as water soluble citrate and citrate is better taken orally
