Works well and well priced
5Started taking this to aid sleep and recovery. After a few days I could feel an improvement in the quality of my sleep Recommend this to anyone working out hard and trying to improve their recovery

Great product
4Been using these a little over 2 weeks now and definitely noticed a difference, don't feel as tired as I would normally do, so a great little product. The taste is not the best, but swallowed down quickly, you barely notice it.

Energy in a bottle
5Great product. I no longer have the dreaded mid afternoon lethargy. 1 capsule a day gives me energy vitality and all round wellbeing

If it tastes bad it’s good for you!
5That’s right these are not the best tasting supplement BUT since taking these I have noticed that I have stopped experiencing restless legs. I seem to drift off to sleep easier too. I would put up with the taste for the benefits Goes Well With:Green tea and Vitamin D
