First time use
5The price was really good and I have read that Zinc and Magnesium is good for training. Since I have been using it i do feel less tied in the gym especially when i don't sleep the best i still have the drive and strength to keep going.

minerals are important!
5Especially for endurance athletes minerals are one of the most important ingredients to be part of the diet. But it is hard to add enough of them sometimes from the normal diet, so this makes it convenient and easy.

Very effective
5These rather large capsules work just like they should. Very deep sleep and wacky dreams but recovery is vastly improved for me after a heavy work out. I find it works best on an empty stomach.

Great product
5Don’t usually bother to write reviews but feel like I should with this product. After struggling to sleep the last couple of months or so I decdided to start taking these. After just taking them on the first night they worked wonders! Having had such a deep sleep in a long time. Only slight downside is getting up. I’m normally straight up on the sound of my alarm but I find myself sleeping through it for 30 seconds or so. So if you struggle to wake up normally maybe set a few extra alarms. Other than that, it’s a great product that I’ll comtuine to use :)
