5Absolutely amazing. These have definitely improved the quality of my sleep, I feel like I’ve had a full 8 hours even if I’ve had to get up early and not been able to. You have to take them on an empty stomach before bed, so I take them an hour after my last meal and then have my casein about 30 mins later right before I go to bed.

5I have found this supplement really effective in regards to my lifestyle. I have found difficulty sleeping and just troubles staying alert due to a bad night's sleep. Ever since i have been taking this supplement i do not have this problem anymore and feel a lot better. Brilliant supplement. Would definitely recommend

Beats ZMA
5Was using ZMA for a while and decided to deload, left for a 3 month period and decided to go for ZM after recommended by a friend. Brilliant change in sleep and finally able to get into that deep sleep growth stage at night. Highly highly recommended!

Great Sleep
5After using zinc and magnesium I never go to bed without it. Always have a good deep sleep after taking these and feel well rested in the morning (always used to hate waking up in a morning) Works just as well as ZMA but a lot cheaper option. Definitely gives you some weird dreams which I kind of like! Not an expensive product but one that I feel really helps recovery

5It certainly helps with the MyProtein proscribed effects but I bought it as this combo really helps with male virility, this is both great for the pleasure but also gives extra oomph to your workouts due to increased hormones. Goes Well With:Water
