5Bought these as part of a larger order , cracked the seal and got to taking them. Took a few days before noticing any effects but after the 2nd week I'm so glad I have. 5These are great. I don't sleep well but have gave me a really deep sleep and that oddest dreams. Not bad. Woke up with the giggles it's great effecting my mood in a positive way. Early days yet but that's my effects so far. Goes Well With:Water
