5I find that if it is cycled it definitely helps my sleep and also appears to assist with morning glory so all good ! No aftertaste. The recommended usage used to be 3 a day, then 2 and now it is down to 1. Not sure if they have changed the dosage or just lowered the recommended usage.

5Great supplement to help you get a deeper sleep and help with fatigue. I now feel a lot fresher when I wake up in the mornings and I don’t find myself struggling to sleep at nights.Goes Well With:I take this supplement with water before bed. I consume this supplement along side Omega 3, multi vitamin, and vitamin D capsules. All 4 of these supplements together is a nice mix for me and really boost what I need the most.
