5I think zma is very useful especially as I always was tired in the morning, it’s easy to take but i did need to take it 2 hours before I went to sleep and I was always energised before my workouts to get the best the best gains I possibly can.

Great for sleep and energy
5I have been taking these for 2 months now and have a great sleep. I do get some vivid dreams tho. I forgot to take for a few days and felt exhausted. As soon as I started them again I felt full of energy again

Great sleep aid
5Use this as a sleep aid and have found it to be really effective. Unsure whether its just a powerful placebo effect, but either way I have found it useful. Usually take one or two capsules 30 minutes before going to bed. Have found they help contribute to that 'sleepy feeling' you need whilst winding down. Have found I sleep for longer, and sleep deeper (am usually a light sleeper). Finally, have found I wake up feeling more well rested, and as a result have more energy consistently throughout the day.Goes Well With:Water

Amazinggg
5I bought these from the reviews of people saying how good they were for sleep, wasn't expecting too much as I've tried most things that apparently help you sleep, but wow, these were amazing, they made me drowsy within half an hour. I woke up the next day early and with energy. Usually I'm a zombie in the mornings. Will definitely buy these again. Goes Well With:Water, my million other painkillers :)
