Light weight, not restrictive
4Lightweight training shorts, nice material giving a good range of movement. Good depth to the pockets too. Marked it down 1, as the colour bled on the first wash

Gym shorts
4Bought these after buying the black pair. Really good length and stretchy, the red ones are more like swim shorts but are still great, stretchy enough that they don't dig into the crown jewels like other shorts can
