A good quality T-Shirt like this goes a long way. The comfort and fresh feeling you experience while training and working out makes a key difference in your workout. It's quite a hidden feeling, but you feel as though you can endure for much longer and ultimately push yourself to new heights. Best for its money
Already bought 5 of them. Highly recommend for workout and non-active time. I'm 173cm, 78kg and size XS fits perfect. BUY!
