Easy to consume
I switched to this brand of ashwagandha because it tastes better than the previous brand. I'm not entirely sure about its effectiveness, but I'm hopeful because it is a more expensive product.

I think these gummies are great you really feel the effects after a few days and you never get bored of the taste. Easy to take and never change flavour!Goes Well With:Goes well with pretty much everything can’t go wrong at all!

Great option for changing it up!
I think the gummy supplements are a nice alternative to the capsule ashwaganda that I have also tried. These gummies are easy to take on the go as you can just chew them like sweets without having the need to wash them down with some water or anything else. And best of all, they actually taste nice which makes it even more worthwhile. It would be nice to see them add a few more flavours for this product but then again, this flavour still does the trick so would definitely recommend buying if you're bored of taking capsules every day.

Tasty vitamins
Great apple taste and much easier way to keep the daily vitamins in the system, far better then swallowing boring tasteless capsules. Also have noticed a significant difference in my mental health gone from having regular anxiety and depression attacks to being far more level headed and stronger mental fortitude.
