4Started these as trying a carb cycle, but there are so many suggestions on the best way, it's a minefield Take them when I know it's a heavy carb meal, usually when eating out etc. Seem to work well, they do make you need the toilet the day after , not sure If that's what they're meant to do, but hey. Goes Well With:Water Carbs

5Got these today first time trying them. Have to say being in a low calorie deficit I'm craving like mad but these really helped me stay full for the whole day, couldn't eat all my dinner so helping with portion control! Highly recommend, tablets are easy to swallow aswellGoes Well With:Juice, water
